A native of New Orleans, Don Nichols is extremely honest in his real estate dealings with home sellers and buyers alike. He is a “straight shooter” with his clients and is focused on developing relationships that create clients for life. It’s the most rewarding part of his real estate business.
An avid outdoorsman, Don enjoys hunting and fishing. In fact, he moved to Colorado in 1997 because of the state’s magnificent high country. He has planned his next trip to Alaska to view Grizzly Bears. Don has completed the Triple By Pass, a 130-mile bike ride from Evergreen to Avon, on three occasions. He loves to ski and has also completed one marathon. Don climbs one of Colorado’s majestic 14ers each year. He starts each morning with a long walk along the Highline Canal with his black Labrador Retriever Ginger, and he enjoys mountain biking in the foothills.
Don was a leading broker associate in the RE/MAX network for 10 years prior to joining Kentwood Real Estate. He has spent the past 21 years as a resident of Southeast Denver. His professional background includes eight years in the construction business. The most important things in his life are his family and friends, and he is scheduled to be engaged to his long-time girlfriend.
