About Bill & Andrew, Denver City Living Team

Bill has lived in Central Denver for 39 years and is one of metro Denver’s highest volume producing real estate agents.

He began his real estate career in 2001 working with the listing brokers of the 94 unit Water Tower Loft Project in LoDo’s Central Platte Valley. Being affiliated with one of the most successful projects downtown gave Bill a wealth of experience. The following year Bill was awarded the prestigious Denver Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” Award.

In 2007-2008 he was actively involved as a listing agent in 24 Walnut, a 29 unit Infill Townhome project built in Denver’s booming Historic Ballpark neighborhood. This project sold out the first year.

Beginning early 2008 he began marketing Welton Place a project on an entire city block in Five Points. First phase consisted of 13 town homes which sold out after the first year. The remainder of the block is currently being developed into for lease apartments.

In late 2008 he launched a new project in the middle of Curtis Park’s historic district. The project named “Traverse” consisted of 15 town homes which were “System Built” the new buzz word for module homes, the new era of factory built homes. The project sold out by completion of construction.

Also during 2009-2011 he was involved with the final phase of Fireclay Town Homes and Condos a 54 unit development in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood which is sold out.

He was most recently involved with Aria a 17.5 acre parcel in North Denver which once housed the Mary Crest convent. The project will consist of over 200 for sale attached homes and condos. First phase consisted of 13 modern town homes which are currently sold out.

Bill devotes the majority of his time to resale of residential property. He lives 3 blocks from Downtown where Curtis Park, Five Points, and Uptown converge at Park Avenue. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Central Denver neighborhoods and represents both Buyers and Sellers for new and resale homes, condos, and lofts, as well as new residential projects. Bill’s passion for real estate, eagerness to help his clients, and multimillion dollar production year after year gives Buyers and Sellers confidence whether purchasing or selling their home.

I was born in California and raised in Colorado’s western slope of Grand Junction until 1986 when I became a Denver resident.  I have been a licensed Colorado Realtor® since 1994 and an Associate with Kentwood City Properties since September 2000.  I began my real estate career in administrative, systems, marketing, technology and training.
